Sheryl L. Roberts, MA, LPC
As a Catholic convert, I always struggled about "What does the Church think about this?" especially as a wife, mother and missionary. After I became a therapist, I wondered what the Church thought about counseling. I studied this question and was able to confidently say, "Yes, the Church fully encourages counseling."
Today, I speak to other mothers, wives, missionaries, and lay Catholics with a unique blend of folksy wisdom, mental health practices and Catholic tradition through my speaking engagements.
